- Tax Fee 0.7357%
Owner's Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking before February 1st of the year of your booking, we will return your deposit.
If you cancel after February 1st, we ill keep the deposit until such time that the cabin rebooks. If it rebooks, we refund teh deposit less a $75 rebooking fee.
If it does not rebooks, you are responsible to pay us the full deposit.
If you cancel within 30 days, you are responsible for the entire amount due.
DEPOSIT DUE
There is a 40% deposit due at the time of booking (based on base cabin cost). The remaining 60% + taxes will be paid the day before you leave.
You are, of course, welcome to make payments on the remaining balance or pay in full ahead of arrival.
If you left a deposit the previous year, the amount due 2/1 is 40% minus the deposit.
