About Us

Hi there! Our names are Adam and Erica Nagel and we became the owners of Hyde-A-Way Bay Resort in November of 2017. Prior to moving here from our home state of Indiana, Adam had worked twenty-years with the Carpenter’s Union, in the industrial sector. Erica was a stay at home mom with a background in Marketing and has since finished her Master’s in Hospitality. Together, we have all the right skills for running a resort. . . . or, so we tell ourselves. We are blessed with four terrific children: Logan (19), Lilah (17), Gage (10) and Jase (8) as well as 4 year old German Shorthaired Pointers – River and Moxie. We are, as ever, excited to be here and looking forward to reconnecting with our returning guests as well as meeting our new ones.
