Owner's Cancellation Policy
The Hyde-A-Way Bay Resort cancellation policy is as follows:
If you cancel your booking before February 1st of the year of your booking, we will return your deposit.
If you cancel after February 1st, we will keep the deposit until such time that the cabin rebooks. If it rebooks, we refund the deposit less a $75 rebooking fee.
If it does not rebook, you are responsible to pay us the full deposit.
